How to plan a corporate team outing near Bangalore

This is placeholder text for the sample guide. It shows how a published article looks on the site: headings, bullet lists, a photo with a caption and a link to another page. Replace it with real content in Sanity Studio.
1. Fix the date and the group size
Start with the two numbers everything else depends on: how many people are coming and which day. Weekdays are quieter and easier to book for large groups. Most teams pick a Friday so the outing rolls into the weekend.
- Send a quick poll with two or three dates.
- Count the final headcount a week before the outing.
- Note anyone with dietary needs or mobility limits.
2. Choose activities that mix the whole team
A good outing has one shared activity for everyone and a few smaller ones people can pick from. Team games such as tug of war, archery tag or a treasure hunt work for mixed groups. Adventure options like zip-lining, kayaking or the high rope course suit the more active people.

3. Plan the day around meals
- Arrive by 9.30 am with tea and a light breakfast.
- Activities from 10 am to 1 pm.
- Lunch buffet, then a slower afternoon by the pool.
- Wrap up with high tea at 4.30 pm.
4. Sort transport and budget early
Hire a bus for the group so nobody has to drive back after a long day. Our day outing and corporate packages bundle activities, meals and the venue into one price per person, which makes the budget easy to approve.
Call or WhatsApp the resort with your date and headcount and the team will send a plan for the day.
